Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors. This position involves managing the front desk operations, facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in billing and room assignments.
- Safeguard sensitive guest information, including payment details and personal data.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and with care.
- Adhere to all in-service training requirements and comply with company policies and procedures.
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:The role is set in a professional environment that requires business-casual attire or, in some instances, a uniform. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in a hotel front desk role.
The physical demands for this position include:
- Frequent close vision tasks, repetitive motions, and the ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 lbs.
