Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and hospitality.
  • Oversee guest check-in, check-out, and billing procedures.
  • Handle guest information and inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
  • Meet all service expectations and comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred 1-year experience in hotel front desk operations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with composure.

Work Environment:

Professional atmosphere requiring business-casual attire or a professional uniform. Strong communication skills are essential for interactions with both internal and external clients.

Physical Requirements: Close vision, repetitive motion, bending, standing (up to 8 hours), walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
