Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee manufacturing and CMC development initiatives from inception through technology transfer and process refinement to transition to the production unit.
  • Formulate and implement project strategies and financial plans under the guidance of the VP of CDMO Project Management.
  • Support the technology transfer and formulation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) along with other project-related documentation.
  • Engage in preliminary radiolabeling, quality control testing, and troubleshooting for new offerings.
  • Coordinate the training and internal transition of projects to production and quality assurance teams.
  • Maintain standard project management resources, including open issue logs and Gantt charts.
  • Work collaboratively with client teams and internal departments such as production, quality, and finance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector and/or 2-3 years of project management experience in other areas of the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid foundation in GMP environments.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Engineering, etc.); an advanced scientific degree is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make informed decisions during method development and transfer processes.
  • A collaborative mindset with the capability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with fundamental project management methodologies and software tools.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to management and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) and familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
