Job Summary

The Program Coordinator works under the direction of the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services. They are required to function independently, but provide regular updates and status reports regarding fiscal status, project performance including the achievement of key implementation activities, and outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the project on a day-to-day basis interacting with project funders, consultants, etc, to insure project timelines and goals are met
  • Assist in the development of the project implementation plan and timeline and provide on-going monitoring and supervision of key activities
  • Collaborate with investigators in the development and coordination of all project measures and protocols
  • Assist investigators with the interpretation of data collected and preparation of reports
  • Participate in the development, implementation, ongoing functioning of the tracking systems
  • Recruit, hire project staff
  • Supervise the coordination of relationships with project collaborators and coordinate meetings of the project committee to ensure goals of integration are met
  • Attend all project related meetings and trainings
  • Provide effective management and oversight of the implementation of all EBPs
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA in public health, nursing, social work, or related field with 3-5 years of program management in community health, clinical and/or integrated care settings
  • Bi-cultural/lingual required
