Job OverviewFuture CDJR of Concord is seeking a dedicated and skilled Automotive Parts Sales Associate to enhance our parts and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and utilize the parts catalog effectively.
  • Assist walk-in clients in selecting necessary components, promote special offers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Retrieve purchases from inventory; if items are unavailable, ascertain their availability and place orders.
  • Respond to phone inquiries, providing pricing information and additional details. Support outside sales representatives with their requests.
  • Prepare orders for daily shipment, delivery, or collection.
  • Regularly verify will-call and backorder files, returning items to vendors or restocking as needed. Reach out to assigned accounts via phone.
  • Support service technicians in identifying parts required for ongoing repairs.
  • Order parts that are out of stock and inform customers upon their arrival.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while assisting all customers, both in person and over the phone.
  • Deliver the same high-quality service to other departments within the dealership as provided to external customers.
  • Keep the work counter organized and stay updated on new products and updates.
  • Exhibit strong public interaction skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Engage in all available training programs to enhance skills.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $35.00.
