Job Title: Associate Manager, Partnership Management

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong understanding of the media landscape and a passion for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You'll work closely with our Distribution team to develop and execute business plans, track industry trends, and build expertise in functional areas of focus.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Distribution team in managing MVPD partners, including Comcast, Charter, and Cox, to develop and execute business plans and key deliverables.
  • Work with team leaders to develop annual account plans that focus on achieving account objectives and KPIs.
  • Support day-to-day activity for assigned partners across various projects, partner activities, and initiatives.
  • Interface with relevant partner contacts across marketing, sales, product, and other distributor-related touchpoints.
  • Develop campaign plans, build sell-in and recap decks, and manage projects through execution for key partners.
  • Track linear content priorities and present monthly programming highlights to partners to secure promotional placements for increased engagement and viewership of linear networks.
  • Provide end-to-end support of Local Ad Sales requests, tracking partner needs for assets and creative deliverables.
  • Work closely with Streaming and POS Strategy teams to support the partner's marketing and sales initiatives and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize trackers to monitor account performance and influence strategy.
  • Support meeting planning and presentation creation for internal/external meetings, account presentations, and business reviews.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in the media industry.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. Microsoft Teams a plus.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic and creative problem solver with ability to use data to guide decision-making.
  • Keen attention-to-detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels – both internally and externally.
  • Desire to positively influence corporate culture and align with WBD Guiding Principles.
  • Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced and continually evolving industry.
  • General understanding of media landscape, competitive environment, and emerging consumption trends.
  • Content marketing experience with a passion for WBD's Intellectual Property is a plus.
What We Offer:

Warner Bros. Discovery offers a competitive salary range of $77,245.00 - $143,455.00 per year, as well as a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time, and vacation.
