Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand partnerships and increase market reach, driving revenue growth and success for our client's collaborations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new channel partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing support and guidance to optimize their performance and achieve program objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on channel program performance, providing regular updates to senior management on effectiveness and ROI.
  • Maintain regular communication with channel partners, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Create and implement strategies to grow channel programs, including promotions, incentives, marketing support, exclusive offers, and training.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, channel development, or managing partnerships within the telecommunications industry.
  • Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and ability to sell products and services at a high level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
