We are in search of a dynamic and results-focused B2B Growth Coordinator with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join our team.

As the B2B Growth Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Mapping clients and generating new business leads for the account management team.
- Coordinating the new business process, from initial calls to setting up meetings and developing follow-up proposals.
- Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and outreach materials.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our services and the value we provide.
- Playing a crucial role in the development and growth of the business and its reputation.
- Meeting new business meeting targets through effective client targeting and outreach strategies.
- Utilizing tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo to enhance efficiency.
- Implementing short-, medium-, and long-term strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and working with the marketing head to increase market presence.
- Identifying opportunities for business expansion through events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
We require a minimum of three years of experience in business development, preferably within a PR or marketing agency setting.
Key qualifications include:
- A proven track record of successfully targeting and securing B2B tech clients.
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot CRM.
- A strong grasp of the technology and SaaS industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic thinker capable of executing effective business development plans.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
