Tu Rol e Impacto:

Como Vice President of Sales Operations, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en impulsar nuestro éxito y dar forma al futuro de nuestra empresa:

  • Liderazgo Estratégico: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias que aseguren el crecimiento anual de ingresos regionales en alineación con los objetivos corporativos.
  • Planificación Empresarial: Preparar e implementar planes de negocio de ventas anuales para impulsar el éxito regional.
  • Compromiso Directo: Construir y nutrir relaciones con cuentas clave y objetivos, comprendiendo sus necesidades y proporcionando un servicio excepcional.

Requisitos

Lo Que Aportas:

  • Educación: Se requiere un título universitario; se prefiere un título en Ingeniería.
  • Experiencia: Al menos 10 años en ventas, con un mínimo de 5 años en el mercado de Reductores de Transmisión de Potencia y 3 años en gestión de ventas.
  • Experiencia: Un profundo conocimiento del proceso de ventas industriales, la industria de engranajes y los principales competidores.
  • Construcción de Relaciones: Capacidad para establecer y nutrir relaciones con cuentas a todos los niveles, incluidos ejecutivos de nivel C.
  • Flexibilidad de Viaje: Capacidad para viajar sin restricciones, incluyendo aproximadamente un 40% de viajes nocturnos.
  • Conocimiento Industrial: Un fondo en automatización industrial o transmisión de potencia mecánica, con experiencia en rodamientos, cajas de engranajes, reductores, cadenas, poleas, etc.
