Our client, The Talmadge Group, a prominent provider of electronic monitoring solutions within the criminal justice sector, is in search of a proactive individual to take on the role of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.

Role Summary:
As the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, you will spearhead the sales initiatives, driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, relationship cultivation, and successful deal negotiations. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a proven history in selling business-to-government (B2G) solutions and a comprehensive understanding of public sector procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Prospecting:** Identify and prioritize potential clients and opportunities within your designated market.
2. **Relationship Building:** Establish and nurture professional relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and credibility.
3. **Market Research:** Conduct in-depth market analysis to customize sales strategies according to client needs.
4. **Presentation Excellence:** Deliver persuasive presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition and solutions.
5. **Demonstration Coordination:** Organize product demonstrations to illustrate effectiveness and benefits.
6. **Proposal Leadership:** Oversee the development of tailored proposals that address client requirements.
7. **Sales Closure:** Manage the sales process to ensure successful closure while maintaining client satisfaction with terms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within the B2G sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the B2G sales cycle, procurement processes, and government regulations.
- A robust network within the public sector and relevant industry associations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in dynamic environments.
Proficient in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to resolve basic PC issues at the user level.
