Job Title: Regional Vice President of Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our South Regional Sales Team for Specialty and Operating Room Products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the medical device industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer base
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
