Job Title: Senior Vice President

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President to lead our portfolio of accounts and program managers in the Americas region. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a proven track record in sales and business management, and a passion for client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve portfolio growth targets, revenue generation, and profitability goals.
  • Foster a proactive sales culture and promote cross-selling opportunities across accounts, PDS services, and industry verticals.
  • Identify key market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities to better position JLL in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement comprehensive account plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics across the portfolio, driving accountability and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present QBRs and performance reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
Team Leadership and People Development:

The Senior Vice President will build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of program and project managers, setting clear expectations, and providing guidance and resources required for success.

  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, ethics, and excellence.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, enabling their professional growth and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team, fostering an environment that values different perspectives and backgrounds.
Client Relationship Management and Client Success:

The Senior Vice President will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with program managers to understand client objectives, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance to program managers in addressing client concerns and resolving complex issues.
  • Actively monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance client success.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to strategic client events, including JLL-hosted events, industry conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry and/or in retail multi-site.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive financial performance within a portfolio.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to anticipate and navigate complex client challenges.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and managing strong client relationships, with a track record of driving client success.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
