  • Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth and manage daily operations of purchasing and administration of other departments.
  • Work with Executive leaders to develop plans to meet future needs of the organization.
  • Maintain profit margins according to established objectives and develop or maintain internal control systems to ensure accountability.
  • Participate in vendor negotiations to ensure product relevance and cost-efficiency.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff, as well as handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company practice.
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform special projects and complete other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • 10+ years' experience overseeing DB/EPC/CMAR projects in the power delivery industry, with a proven track record as a team leader and demonstrated project and budget management skills.
