Overview

JCS Marketing Inc. is a leading company in the agricultural publication industry throughout California. We currently publish 3 rapidly expanding publications for growers and other allied professionals. We also host trade shows throughout the state that create educational and networking opportunities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and independent individual to help our existing sales efforts and assist with our operation. This is a fast-paced job that will require you to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our publications and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
