Role Summary: We are seeking a Sales Consultant who excels in customer engagement and understands the unique needs of growers and farmers. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication abilities, instilling confidence in our Regenerative Solutions. The role requires proactive interpersonal skills to identify and connect with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture new client relationships.
  • Achieve personal sales targets to contribute to regional and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Agronomy team to develop tailored agronomic recommendations and product application strategies.
  • Partner with the Regional Team and Sales Director to formulate sales forecasts and planning.
  • Oversee sales data management and reporting utilizing Pipedrive.
  • Engage in a collaborative team environment with remote colleagues.
  • Conduct research on accounts and pursue sales leads diligently.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on industry advancements.
  • Regularly solicit customer feedback and testimonials to enhance service quality.
  • Adhere to credit policies and assist in risk management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • A proven history of sales achievement.
  • A strong background in agronomy, particularly in plant nutrition and soil science.
  • A Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field or substantial experience in the agricultural sector.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms and technology.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team framework.
  • A willingness to travel frequently, especially during peak seasons.
  • A deep understanding of agricultural production equipment and practices.
