Key Responsibilities
  • Register patients, collect demographic and insurance information, and verify patient identities
  • Schedule appointments, procedures, and tests, ensuring accurate and timely communication with patients and healthcare providers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Process preauthorization requests, collect copays and account balance payments, and manage patient accounts
  • Scan documents into electronic medical records (EMR) and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and other staff members to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; certification and licensure preferred
  • CPR certification required
