Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining a patient/customer focus and support the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Oversee daily schedule and operations of assigned areas/groups.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
  • Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for assigned areas.
  • Run regular financial reports and work towards reconciliation.
  • Act as a communication link between groups and management.
  • Effectively work with managers and providers to establish, implement, and maintain practice policies and procedures.
