Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Temple Health. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately identify, verify, and document insurance coverage for scheduled services
  • Perform daily communication with patients, caregivers, schedulers, and insurance companies via telephone
  • Handle all front desk functions, including answering phones, greeting patients, and working as part of a team to provide a good patient experience
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a calm, rational demeanor in high-pressure situations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 Years experience in a secretarial or clerical/general office position
  • 1 Year experience in a healthcare setting
