Patient Services Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of daily operations, including scheduling, registration, and billing.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve patient complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
