Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative is a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience from registration to discharge. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register patients, collect demographic and insurance information, and verify patient identities
  • Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and coordinate with healthcare providers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process preauthorization requests, collect copays and account balance payments, and manage patient accounts
  • Scan documents into electronic medical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR certification and basic life support training preferred
