Position Overview


The Sales Operations Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the progress of key strategic initiatives within A Place for Mom's Sales and Operations teams.

The primary objectives of this role include closely monitoring the advancement of strategic initiatives, reporting status updates to key stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities, and fostering internal relationships with partner teams to ensure collaboration and coordination throughout the organization.

This role is highly impactful, providing visibility to leadership and involvement with critical strategic priorities within the Sales organization.


You will collaborate closely with the Director of Commercial Operations to significantly influence the growth strategy for the Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities


- Grasp the overall vision for the Sales organization, including the positioning of our offerings and the 3-5 year roadmap to understand how projects align with the strategic plan.

- Cultivate strong relationships with Sales leadership teams and key internal partners.
- Define and manage the project management reporting cadence, tracking and communicating each project team's progress and performance results weekly.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in project management, leading and managing strategic process improvement initiatives.
- Regularly gather feedback and process improvement suggestions from end users, managing and prioritizing the strategic projects backlog.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Performance Insights team to conduct ongoing performance analysis and identify areas for enhancement.
- Provide governance, support, and oversight for multiple projects.
- Establish knowledge management repositories and facilitate knowledge sharing across departments and projects.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate performance across the project portfolio.
- Assist in planning events for quarterly Sales meetings.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of project management and operations experience with a proven track record, preferably in sales and/or healthcare.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to motivate and hold project teams accountable for meeting and exceeding project goals and timelines.
- Experience in complex project/program management.
- Financial acumen and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to leadership teams.
- Collaborative approach to project management and operations, effectively working with stakeholders across various departments.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple ongoing initiatives with ease.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring high productivity, adaptability, innovation, and follow-through.
- Effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation and Benefits

- Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
- Bonus: 10% of annual earnings
