Job Overview:
The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects efficiently, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and scope aligned with business objectives. This role involves tracking project progress and managing teams to address issues and risks effectively. The coordinator will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing professional expertise to guarantee high-quality deliverables. Core Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Leads, and stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, benefits, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing all technical and non-technical tasks from initiation to completion.
  • Work alongside Product Managers and Business Leads to establish success metrics and criteria.
2. Project Delivery:
  • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining focus on budget, scope, quality, and stability.
  • Assess trade-offs among project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
  • Lead and mentor multiple project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate operational checkpoints and ensure adherence to company project methodologies.
  • Create reporting mechanisms to communicate project status against objectives, escalate unresolved issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Identify and address high-priority project risks to meet success criteria and ROI expectations.
3. Communication & Collaboration:
  • Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to enhance transparency and support decision-making.
  • Provide clear updates to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource needs, issues, and priorities.
  • Proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve risks and challenges promptly.
  • Collaborate with teams to foster trust and deliver effectively across business units.
  • Report regularly through online dashboards to present real-time data on project delivery status to executive leadership.
  • Manage complex projects that involve multiple business teams, understanding and managing impacts and interdependencies.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of project management experience, particularly in Front-office/Sales Transformation and technology-driven projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices to ensure data quality and security.
  • Familiarity with data standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).
  • Proficient in Project and Portfolio Management tools (Visio, MS Project, JIRA, Clarity).
  • Independent and self-motivated decision-maker.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong consensus-building skills.
