To thrive in this position, it is essential to prioritize consistent service quality, optimize resource distribution, and cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

One-Time Project Management:

  • Comprehend the Scope of Work (SOW) for each assignment and collaborate with the Sales Representative to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Assist the project manager in formulating a comprehensive project plan that encompasses tasks, timelines, resource needs, and dependencies to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Ensure that all one-time jobs are evaluated by a Mega Supervisor and that approvals are obtained to ensure quality assurance.
  • Maintain an organized calendar of one-time services.

Subcontractor Coordination:

  • Support the development and maintenance of a network of dependable subcontractors to assist with various tasks.
  • Collaborate with Mega Service Solutions to provide training and development opportunities for subcontractors, enhancing their skill sets.
  • Provide feedback on subcontractor performance to ensure that service quality is consistently upheld.

Issue Resolution:

  • Maintain transparent and open communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, contractors, and vendors to address any concerns promptly.
  • Respond to client feedback and issues to ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes and maintain positive relationships.

By diligently fulfilling these essential responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our One-Time Services division. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage resources effectively will be crucial in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16/Hour
