Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and coachable individual to join our team as a Group Sales Account Executive. This role will be responsible for generating new sales revenue through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person appointments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive group sales ticket revenue
  • Proactively seek new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses and organizations
  • Maintain a high level of activity, including 60-80 calls per day and an aggressive meetings schedule
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the community
  • Renew and provide enhanced opportunities and/or experiences to existing group sales customers
  • Assist with the creation, development, and implementation of new concepts designed to generate new sales revenue streams
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects within our CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in a sports sales environment
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Previous CRM and ticketing platforms experience a plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, use hands to feel and handle, ability to lift 20 pounds, and see including close vision
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, days, evenings, overnight, weekends, holidays, extended workdays, and extended numbers of days

Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work in an indoor office setting and outdoor conditions, including varying weather conditions, fumes, and noise.
