  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs for ongoing improvement.
  • Mentor team members for optimal performance and conflict resolution.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure training compliance and oversee assignment management.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of maintenance experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading maintenance or engineering teams.
  • Project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and other relevant software.
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of control systems and engineering practices.
  • Project management expertise and CMM certification are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems and prior forklift experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, safety-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varied schedules and multitask effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and compliance protocols.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
  • This position requires successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
