Job Summary

As a key member of our events team, the Suite Attendant/Server will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all events during their shift. This includes responding promptly to the needs of staff and customers, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Execution: Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Catering Facility Maintenance: Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment, adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with event staff to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.
