Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain markets for assigned service lines to achieve established individual and team goals.
- Develop plans to increase market share through communications with property owner associations, municipal government officials, and industry professionals.
- Seek out and research prospective projects through established sales channels and recommend the development of alternate sales channels.
- Drive the process for approved targeted pursuits, developing and executing sales strategies with inside sales and representative networks.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry influences.
- Keep company management informed of business conditions that may affect assigned campaigns, targets, or markets.
- Use professional writing skills to contribute content for campaigns and provide external leadership for assigned campaigns, targets, or markets.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business development and sales experience.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel and Microsoft 360.
- Prior entrepreneurial business experience.
- Bachelor's degree and 2 to 10 years related experience or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
