Job Title: Director of Sales

Arbor Lodging is a leading hotel investment and management company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team.

Job Summary

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This is an advanced-level position that requires a strong understanding of the hotel industry and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to prepare the annual sales and marketing budget and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the hotel and drive bookings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all client interactions are positive and professional.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the hotel industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
