About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team at Ntara. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions to drive their success. You will also be responsible for managing client expectations, communicating effectively with internal teams, and ensuring seamless project delivery.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales, strategy, and project management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively with internal teams
  • Ensure seamless project delivery and meet client expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 4+ years of sales experience in an account-facing, consultative role
  • Strong knowledge of digital ecosystem principles
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
  • Consultation skills and ability to lead the creation of presentations
  • Business development skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
