**Job Summary:**
As a Sales Leader at Express, you will be responsible for driving sales floor and stockroom operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential, execute daily store operations, and oversee the checkout experience. Additionally, you will effectively resolve customer service issues to a positive outcome.
