Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responds to inquiries related to human resources.
  • Maintains HR documentation, including applications, resumes, and candidate logs.
  • Conducts background checks by reaching out to references.
  • Facilitates the onboarding process for new hires by managing forms and applications; ensures completion.
  • Conducts orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Assists staff by clarifying benefits programs.
  • Completes I-9 verification processes.
  • Adheres to labor and employment regulations and participates in necessary training to remain informed.
  • Upholds confidentiality of HR information to maintain trust among managers and employees.
  • Supports the mission of the HR department and organization by completing related tasks as required.
