Preferred qualifications for this HR Operations Specialist role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management with a concentration in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or as an HR Operations Specialist
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong dedication to both internal and external customer service
  • Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks with a focus on results
  • Proficiency in identifying problems and implementing solutions
  • Aptitude for leveraging qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality
  • Enthusiasm for innovative HR practices and process improvement
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with online sourcing techniques and experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar job boards
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work overtime as needed

Desirable qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an HR Operations Specialist in consulting, professional services, engineering, or staffing sectors
  • Experience with iCIMS or Cornerstone systems
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
