Qualifications

Preferred qualifications for this HR Operations Specialist role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management with a concentration in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or as an HR Operations Specialist
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Strong dedication to both internal and external customer service
- Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks with a focus on results
- Proficiency in identifying problems and implementing solutions
- Aptitude for leveraging qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality
- Enthusiasm for innovative HR practices and process improvement
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with online sourcing techniques and experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar job boards
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work overtime as needed
Desirable qualifications:
- Previous experience as an HR Operations Specialist in consulting, professional services, engineering, or staffing sectors
- Experience with iCIMS or Cornerstone systems
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
