- File Management: Help create and maintain personnel files using an electronic filing system.
- Performance Reviews: Support the HR Director in the annual performance evaluation process.
- Administrative Support: Maintain filing systems and manage correspondence and records efficiently.
- Event Participation: Engage in administrative meetings and assist in the planning of company events.
