Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with benefits providers and manage plan administration.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain precise records and generate benefits reports.
  • Effective Communication: Share benefits information and conduct educational sessions for employees.
  • Enrollment Management: Oversee open enrollment periods and verify employee eligibility.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any benefits-related challenges and discrepancies.
  • Benefits Analysis: Assess current benefits programs and propose enhancements.
