About the PositionWe are looking for a committed professional with exceptional analytical and customer service abilities to become a part of our Sales Support division. The Sales Support Escalation Specialist serves as the primary resource for addressing intricate sales-related challenges and works in close partnership with our sales personnel to guarantee client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your Contributions- Facilitate prompt and effective resolution of intricate sales inquiries and customer concerns. - Offer procedural assistance and escalation support to sales team members. - Maintain thorough documentation of interactions, inquiries, remarks, and actions taken to ensure a clear and comprehensive record for future reference and seamless support. - Ensure compliance of the sales team with company policies and procedures. - Identify opportunities for process enhancements and training needs within the sales team. - Generate detailed sales reports as requested by management. - Provide administrative support as needed by Sales, Program Management, Sales Accounting, and Fraud Review. - Conduct research and validate customer orders prior to fulfillment. - Collaborate closely with Sales Supervisors and Program Managers to identify and promote sales opportunities. - Commit to continuous learning, enhance your technical skills, and deepen your knowledge of Canon products and services.
About You: Skills & Qualifications- 2-4 years of experience in a customer service capacity - High School Diploma or equivalent - Ability to perform thorough research and develop effective solutions - Possess outstanding time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) - Maintain a punctual, reliable, and consistent attendance record.
