Compensation: $20/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage computer systems and related peripheral devices, ensuring proper configuration and operational control, along with user access management and job sequencing.
  • Provide computer services to clients, including the printing of various documents, electronic data file transfers, and maintaining inventory of necessary forms.
  • Diagnose and resolve user or system issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate subject matter experts when necessary.
  • Generate regular and special reports for user distribution as requested by clients.
  • Oversee building and data center security, including delivery check-in processes.
  • Collaborate with users and supervisors to establish operational schedules and procedures.
