Compensation: $20/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage computer systems and related peripheral devices, ensuring proper configuration and operational control, along with user access management and job sequencing.
- Provide computer services to clients, including the printing of various documents, electronic data file transfers, and maintaining inventory of necessary forms.
- Diagnose and resolve user or system issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate subject matter experts when necessary.
- Generate regular and special reports for user distribution as requested by clients.
- Oversee building and data center security, including delivery check-in processes.
- Collaborate with users and supervisors to establish operational schedules and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes to ensure up-to-date information.
- Lead and manage assigned projects and initiatives effectively.
- Deliver technical support through first-level resolution of reported incidents and service requests, adhering to specific service level objectives.
- Assist users and customers with information retrieval, escalating high-priority incidents to the appropriate support teams for resolution.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
