About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Project Management team at Aramco Services Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of capital projects, from engineering design to construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide technical input and review of design, construction, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project objectives and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a higher degree preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industries, with a specialty in Civil & Structural Engineering.
  • 5 years of field experience, including construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Dynamic attitude towards project improvements and savings.
  • PMP Certification desirable but not mandatory.
  • Flexible to work in multinational teams and mobilize to different locations as needed.
