Job Title: Medical Device Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team at Rep-Lite. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of our innovative medical device solutions in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying and addressing their needs and pain points.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, provide training, and support customers in the effective use of our medical devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Demonstrated selling success and experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
