Key Responsibilities

  • Complete the necessary program components: Enroll as an MDP Associate to fulfill 4-6 weeks of coursework.
  • Transition into a Production Associate role to accumulate 2000 hours of practical experience, engaging in complex assembly tasks utilizing advanced manufacturing tools and precision equipment.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to follow detailed instructions for specialized machinery.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues to relevant support teams and leadership.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Assess assembly processes and equipment for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required and support cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to various work environments.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic computer skills are preferred, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Open to flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, potentially up to 12 hours.
  • Ability to engage in repetitive tasks, including navigating stairs and standing for long durations on uneven surfaces.
  • Frequently lift, push, and carry weights up to 50 lbs, and ascend/descend steps.
  • Regularly bend, lift, reach, stoop, and perform various physical movements for extended periods.
  • Ability to identify issues in work processes and respond to safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing.
  • Potential exposure to confined spaces and hazardous materials.
  • Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, including safety glasses and shoes.
