During your 12-hour rotating shifts as a Manufacturing Operator, you will- Measure and batch raw materials in accordance with precise Manufacturing guidelines and procedures so the product meets customer specifications.
- Safely operate equipment associated with batching operations including pumps, motors, mills, tanks, ventilation systems, control panels.
- Operate processing equipment in compliance with company training and all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain batch records, complete daily checklists, update shift activity boards.
- Always adhere to established safety, health and environmental policies and procedures, including participating in Safety meetings.
- Earned a HS Diploma or GED .
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing facility or have work skills that may transfer to a Manufacturing environment.
- Are open to a 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
- Can perform physical activities such as bending and climbing stairs.
- Are willing to wear the necessary Personal Protection Equipment, such as, hard hats, gloves, goggles, masks & sometimes respirators to ensure safety precautions are met.
