Key Responsibilities

As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will be expected to:

· Collaborate with a self-performing contractor and engage in a multi-trade construction setting.

· Provide essential technical support to project teams to identify, monitor, and resolve project-related challenges.

· Oversee project documentation in coordination with the document control team.

· Manage and track submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).

· Facilitate the planning and fabrication processes.

· Assist the Procurement team in distributing bidding documents and monitoring quotations.

· Maintain project timelines in collaboration with the Enterprise Scheduling Department.

· Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.

· Support site logistics planning and management.

· Enforce corporate safety protocols on-site.

· Review and assess subcontractor bids.

· Aid in monitoring change orders and managing project costs.

· Coordinate the plan review and approval process with relevant local and state authorities.

· Process new hire documentation and ensure accuracy in payroll submissions.

· Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

· Be prepared to travel or relocate temporarily as project demands require.

· Exhibit flexibility to work in both office and field environments.

· Execute tasks as directed by the project management team.

Qualifications

· 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred, or a technical college degree with two years of construction experience.

· Experience in Data Centers, Healthcare, Automotive, or Light Industrial sectors.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

· A positive attitude with a proactive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related construction software.

· A strong commitment to safety practices.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Effective time management skills.

· Self-motivated and capable of being an effective team player.

· Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
