About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced estimator and project assistant to join our team at Aristeo Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the estimating process, including attending pre-bids, quantity take-offs, and sub-bid solicitations.

You will work closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents to develop and update master and short interval schedules for distribution project control. Additionally, you will provide weekly submissions of quantities installed for productivity reporting.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including tracking material status logs and compiling project punch lists or issues matrices.
  • Review weekly productivity reports for potential areas of improvement with the Project Manager and Superintendent.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
