Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Screening incoming calls, handling mail, and maintaining records
• Providing administrative support to our staff, including data entry and report compilation
• Assisting with daily tasks, such as coordinating training programs and updating databases
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
• Performing other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of related business experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Class C driver's license for state where employed
