About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team at Aristeo Construction. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of experience working in the construction industry. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera and have experience with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam. OSHA 30 hour certification is preferred.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate project estimates
  2. Developing and updating project schedules, including master and short interval schedules
  3. Compiling and submitting required documentation, including submittal packages and material status logs
  4. Tracking project progress and identifying areas for improvement
  5. Collaborating with the project manager and superintendent to ensure successful project completion
