Aristeo is seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects in Liberty, NC. This role involves managing multiple aspects of a project, including technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all MEP projects, ensuring professional conduct and effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Set direction, align resources, and execute projects at a high standard, meeting deadlines and budget targets.
  • Collaborate with in-house experts and clients to assess scope of work and resources required for successful project completion.
  • Supervise the construction effort to ensure projects are constructed safely, according to design, budget, and schedule.
  • Interface directly with client representatives, architects, engineers, and other contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Create and manage MEP project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential issues.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payments, equipment rentals, and income/expenses.
  • Initiate and maintain extra work estimating and issuance of change orders, ensuring timely and accurate project adjustments.
  • Assume responsibility for productivity, material efficiency, and contractual performance of the project.
  • Represent Aristeo in project meetings, providing expertise and support as needed.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
  • Manage job costs, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate MEP subcontractors and lead contractor meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Write and manage subcontracts and change orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Cultivate and mentor Project Engineers, promoting growth and development within the team.
  • Solve problems effectively, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure efficient and complete project closeout, including financial settlements.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related field or Construction Management is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and trades is essential.
  • At least 7 years of experience in heavy industrial project management is necessary.
  • Strong leadership skills, self-motivation, and excellent problem-solving abilities are crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint software is required.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is preferred but not mandatory.
