Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a diverse team of professionals in delivering complex industrial construction projects. As an MEP Project Manager Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial construction projects;
  • Leading a team of experienced engineers, estimators, and project managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards;
  • Providing strategic input on business development initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of Aristeo's construction division;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in industrial construction project management, preferably in a senior leadership position;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion;
  • Demonstrated expertise in MEP systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical engineering;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities;
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in project management software and tools;
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or construction management;
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
