Aristeo is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our innovative team in Liberty, North Carolina. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting Project Managers and Estimators in all aspects of the estimating and project management process.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the estimating process, including attending pre-bids, quantity take-offs, and sub-bid solicitations
  • Developing and updating master and short interval schedules for distribution project control
  • Providing weekly submissions of quantities installed for productivity reporting
  • Completing document control procedures, including issuance of relevant documents to sub-trades
  • Compiling and submitting required submittal packages with shop drawings for approval and completion of the submittal log
  • Tracking material status logs and compiling project punch lists or issues matrices
  • Reviewing weekly productivity reports for potential areas of improvement with the Project Manager and Superintendent
  • Assisting in coordinating sub-bid solicitations and procuring resources such as suppliers, manpower, and equipment
  • Ensuring proper documentation for additional work and maintaining project files

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of experience working in the construction industry are required.
