About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Systems Validator to join our team at TalentBurst. As a CW Electrical Engineer BS Degree holder, you will play a crucial role in supporting battery project electrical planning and validation needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all electrical devices and systems meet the required standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate fault current and arc flash issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement electrical systems and equipment
  • Conduct onsite reviews and management of trip unit settings for substation breakers
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering / Master Electrician License
  • 5+ years required, 10+ years preferred in depth knowledge of electrical codes such as NFPA70E NEC/NFPA79
  • 5+ years required, 10+ years preferred specifying and procuring electrical equipment 1000V and below
  • 5+ years required, 10+ years preferred with easypower electrical design software
  • 5+ years required, 10+ years preferred in an electrical systems or equipment installation planning type role
  • 5+ years required, 10+ years preferred experience mitigating fault current and arc flash issues
  • 5+ years required, 10+ years preferred experience designing cable tray routing paths, panel layouts, network switches, and associated hardware
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. TalentBurst offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
