Frontline Client Liaison

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the face of Graybar, interacting with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. This role involves handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to build long-term relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their total satisfaction
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support through various channels
- Proactively sell Graybar goods and services to clients
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle multiple client interactions simultaneously
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
- High School education
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred
- This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.00, commensurate with experience
