Join Our Team as a Customer Service Liaison
Alexander Forrest Investments is seeking a charismatic and people-friendly individual to serve as a Customer Service Liaison. This role is entirely client-facing and requires excellent communication skills to effectively resolve complex issues. The responsibilities of this position include receipt and tracking of owner and client issues, collaborating with the AFI team to drive resolution, and communicating directly with property owners and stakeholders.

This position comes with a competitive salary ranging between $20-$26 per hour.

The key duties of this role are:
  • Receipt and tracking of owner and client issues
  • Drive resolution of issues with other AFI team members
  • Communication with owners directly regarding submitted queries
  • Creation of standard operating procedures regarding resolution of FAQs
  • Training of other staff as needed to drive timely response and resolution
